We take great care in offering quality biking products that we truly believe in. If a product doesn't meet our high safety and quality standards, we simply won't sell it. We insist that each manufacturer stand by their bike(s), this includes offering a warranty.
Every balance bike comes with a manufacturer warranty against defects. Bottom line: we want you to be happy with your balance bike, we want your child to be successful at riding and we are motivated to resolve any issues in a timely manner.
We all share a goal of having your child happily riding a bike and we encourage you to contact us as we might be able to resolve the issue without returning the product. Let us know what issue you are experiencing with your bike.
Please note: Once your bike arrives, it's important to register your bike in a timely manner to be eligible for warranty. Warranty information will be included with your bike.
At Jump Start Bikes we do everything we can to offer your child the best "first bike" experience. However, if you are not satisfied with your bike purchase, you may return any balance bike purchased from this site for a full refund of the original purchase price (minus shipping charges) within 30 days of your order fulfillment date. We understands that getting your items promptly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. Our distribution centers are strategically located so your purchased items are delivered quickly. When you order from our website, you can generally expect to receive your order within 3-5 business days. Shortly after placing an order you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received and is now being processed. Once your order ships, we will provide your shipping and tracking information by email.
FREE shipping on all balance bikes and orders over $60 within the U.S. contiguous 48 states. Orders will normally ship within 1-2 business days, Monday thru Friday. Most orders ship UPS or FedEx standard ground. *Flat $10.00 shipping charge for orders $60 and under.
For your security, we are unable to change the shipping address of any order placed via PayPal. If you require a PayPal order to be shipped to a different address, please make the applicable change in your PayPal account before placing the order. It is the buyers sole responsible for making sure that their items are being delivered to a secure location. We highly recommend that buyers make arrangements to be available on the day of delivery. JumpStartBikes, LLC. is not responsible for items left unattended upon and/or after delivery.
Important: We cannot ship to the following: Hawaii, Alaska, P.O. boxes, APO and FPO, outside of the U.S. contiguous 48 states and/or Internationally. We require a complete street address (residential or business) and valid phone number for all items being shipped. Your number is attached to the shipping order to insure delivery to a valid address.
Holiday Shipping: During our peak holiday times there can be an additional handling time of up to 2 business days on all orders placed. Tracking numbers will be given immediately once your item ships.

Always Hassle Free Returns & Exchanges
Our first priority is your complete satisfaction with your purchase. We will gladly accept exchanges and returns on new, unopened, unassembled products in their original packaging within 30 days of your order fulfillment date.
Please do NOT assemble or remove from packaging if there is even a trace of doubt about your buying decision. Once unpacked or assembled, it is extremely difficult to successfully re-pack with adequate protection. Bikes that are returned after opening/unpacking will incur a 20% restocking charge, and must be in perfect condition. Re-packing with adequate protection is the responsibility of buyer/recipient. Damage, wear and tear, chips and scratches are unacceptable.

If your product has been assembled and used but has mechanical problems, we will help you with replacement parts or facilitate warranty claims when you contact us at email@example.com.
Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer, whether returning or exchanging. If we made a shipping error, such as sending you the wrong color, style or size then we will gladly email you a pre-paid return label to send the item back to us for an exchange or refund. Ordering the wrong size is NOT considered an error on Jump Start Bikes' part. Please be sure of your choice(s) when making your purchase.
Important: Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of returned merchandise (normally within 1-2 business day but not to exceed 7 days).
You can pay for your order online with MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express credit cards. All online payments are processed through PayPal. You do not need to be a PayPal member to purchase from us. During the checkout process choose to either pay by debit or credit card or by logging in to your PayPal account, it's just that simple. And if by chance something goes wrong with your order, your eligible transactions will be fully reimbursed. In-stock items usually ship within 1-2 business days. On the rare occasion that an item becomes temporarily out-of-stock or is no longer available, you will be notified immediately. You will always have the option of a no-hassle and immediate full refund. Out-of-stock items normally take an additional 10-20 business days to ship. If an order is placed for an out-of-stock item, it will be shipped once it becomes available.
