At JUMPSTARTBIKES, we understands that getting your items promptly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. Our distribution centers are strategically located so your purchased items are delivered quickly. When you order from our website, you can generally expect to receive your order within 3-7 business days. Shortly after placing an order you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received and is now being processed. Once your order ships, we will provide your shipping and tracking information by email.

Holiday Shipping

As you've been hearing for weeks, things are pretty crazy this holiday season as shipping delays are resulting in low inventory and longer than expected arrival times on packages. We strongly encourage you to order by 12/12/2021.

*Orders placed before 10am EST on 4/27. Estimated shipping is based upon our average delivery time. Certain USA locations may have longer enroute shipping times. Some bikes require additional setup time before shipping. Please allow 1-3 additional days during peak holiday periods. Does not apply to pre-order items. JumpStartBikes, LLC. cannot be held responsible for missed arrival times. Please order accordingly for those special occasions, like birthdays, when dates are time sensitive. FREE shipping on bikes and orders over $75 within the U.S. contiguous 48 states.* Orders will normally ship within 1-2 business days, Monday thru Friday. Most orders ship UPS or FedEx standard ground. At our discretion, we may utilize USPS to send a portion of your order. This shipping method usually applies to helmets and accessories.

• Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine: 5 days
• Shipping not available: Hawaii, Alaska, P.O., APO and FPO, outside of the U.S. contiguous 48 states and/or Internationally.

Restrictions

For added security, we are unable to change the shipping address after an order is placed. If you require a PayPal order to be shipped to a different address, please make the applicable change in PayPal before placing the order. It is the buyers sole responsible for making sure that their items are being delivered to a secure location. We highly recommend that buyers make arrangements to be available on the day of delivery. JUMPSTARTBIKES is not responsible for items left unattended upon and/or after delivery.

Important, we cannot ship to the following: Hawaii, Alaska, P.O. boxes, APO and FPO, outside of the U.S. contiguous 48 states and/or Internationally. We require a complete street address (residential or business) and valid phone number for all items being shipped. Your number is attached to the shipping order to insure delivery to a valid address.

Holiday Shipping: During our peak holiday times there can be an additional handling time of up to 2 business days on all orders placed. Tracking numbers will be given immediately once your item ships.

For additional information and pricing on express shipping, contact us and we'll gladly provided you with a quote. Express shipping rates vary dependent on zip code and purchased items.

LittleBig Duty Fees: We strongly recommend ordering sooner vs later, as all LittleBig Bikes ship from Ireland. All U.S. citizens are responsible for paying their country and/or state taxes and duty fees (dutycalculator.com). The average duty rate is around 15% and varies between states, and is collected prior or at time of delivery. By purchasing a LittleBig Bike from us, you are agreeing to pay these fees at time of delivery.
